Craig Hickman
President
Prior to becoming the Vice President of Sales for ProsLInk, Inc. Craig founded Canopy Group. ProsLink is a local IT firm specializing in building and supporting IT network infrastructures for small and medium businesses. ProsLink was founded over 20 years ago by Craig's father Don Hickman. At the time, Don was Prosecutor for Lawrence County and became the first Prosecutor in Indiana to fully computerize his office. For 18 years ProsLink was a small firm dedicated to assisting other Prosecutors in Indiana to do the same. Craig joined ProsLink in 2005 and immediately began to widen its client base. Since then ProsLink has gone from serving every Prosecutor in the state to serving over 165 regional businesses as well. Some of the industries which ProsLink has provided solutions for are Health Care, Government, Financial, Retail, Automotive, Real Estate, Legal / Law Office, Accounting, and Information Technology. ProsLink assists businesses in all areas of the support life-cycle from network planning and installation to outsourcing and managed services. They also offer other services ranging from offsite data backup to e-mailing hosting to server colocation. As Vice President of Sales, Craig oversees all sales, business strategy development and planning and develops new services provided by ProsLink. Prior to working for ProsLink, Craig worked for Kiva Networking, first in technical support and then in sales. In his 5 years in sales at Kiva he sold over $4.5 million worth of services. He grew Kiva to be the top service provider in Bloomington. Craig attended the University of Southern Indiana for 2 years before transferring to Indiana University to study Business. In 2007 Craig was recognized as an up and coming entrepreneur in Business Network. Craig has been a guest lecturer on "Business in Technology & Selling" at Indiana University's Kelly School of Business.

Brian Kleber
Chief Creative Thinker
Prior to joining Canopy Group, Brian was the COO of Predictive Physiology and Medicine, Inc. (PPM), a growing life science company focused on personalized health and wellness. Using a cutting-edge plasma molecular analysis process, PPM develops personal profiles that provide a picture of an individual's overall well being. Working with a physician, individuals can then outline a personalized plan for continued health and wellness. Unique in the industry, the profile puts control of health care back in the hands of the individual. As COO, Brian oversees all business operations, finance, informatics, business strategy development and planning. In addition, Brian was Director of the Small Business Development Center. He led the organization to be one of the nation's top ranked SBDCs. During the same time, he partnered with the City of Bloomington and Indiana University to develop inVenture, the city's Technology Park and Incubator. Under Brian 's leadership the park grew from 6 to 24 technology development companies in a four-year period.

Brian graduated from Ball State University's award-winning Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management program with degrees in Japanese and Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. As a student, he was recognized as a "National Star Performer" by the Association of Small Business Development Centers and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneurship Excellence Award for "Outstanding New Venture Plan." Brian also spent time studying abroad in Japan. He holds a Masters degree in Information Science from Indiana University, and serves as an adjunct lecturer for the School of Library and Information Science.
