About the Founders
inBizCafe was the brainchild of two Indiana serial entrepreneurs, Brian Kleber and Craig Hickman. Between the both of them they have 25 plus years of experience providing business and technology consulting services to thousands of small businesses.
Brian served as the Regional Director of the Small Business Development Center. He led the organization to be one of the nation’s top ranked SBDCs. During the same time, he partnered with the City of Bloomington and Indiana University to develop inVenture, the city’s Technology Park and Incubator. Under Brian’s leadership the park grew from 6 to 24 technology development companies in a four-year period.
Brian graduated from Ball State University's award-winning Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management program with degrees in Japanese and Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. As a student, he was recognized as a "National Star Performer" by the Association of Small Business Development Centers and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneurship Excellence Award for "Outstanding New Venture Plan."
Craig has grown several IT support firms through significant sales growth and strategy. Most recently Craig has overseen all sales, business strategy development and planning and develops new services provided by ProsLink. Prior to working for ProsLink, Craig worked for Kiva Networking. In his 5 years in sales at Kiva he sold over $4.5 million worth of services. He grew Kiva to be the top service provider in Bloomington.
